1. Scope and responsibility
This policy explains how Søren Gregersen / 4ev Universe processes personal data when you visit the website, submit a form or survey, book a conversation, purchase an offering, join an event or learning environment, or otherwise contact us.
Søren Gregersen is the data controller for the processing described here. Some services are delivered through carefully selected processors.
2. Data we process
Depending on your contact with us, we may process:
- name, email, phone number and address;
- your answers in forms, surveys and booking flows;
- information about interests, goals and the context you choose to share;
- purchase, payment and invoice information (payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us);
- participation, access and communication history;
- technical information such as IP address, browser, device and cookie choices.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed how it should be handled.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform agreements, deliver purchases and access, organise events and conversations, improve our work, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent misuse and—where you have chosen it—send event information or 4ev inspiration.
The legal bases are performance of a contract or steps before a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the work, and consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Recipients and services
Data may be handled by providers that support the website, CRM, forms, email, hosting, video meetings, webinars, course access, analytics and payment. These may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, Zoom, WebinarKit and relevant hosting or email providers, but only where the service is actually used.
We do not sell personal data. A provider outside the EU/EEA is used only with a lawful transfer basis and appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose and for documentation of the relationship. Accounting material is normally retained for five years after the relevant financial year. Enquiries and survey answers are normally deleted or anonymised when no longer relevant, generally within 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an agreement, dispute or legal duty requires longer retention.
Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or it is no longer relevant. We may retain minimal suppression information so that an opt-out is respected.
6. Your rights
You may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also withdraw consent. Rights are not absolute and depend on the circumstances.
Write to [email protected] . You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk .
7. Security and changes
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. No online solution is entirely risk-free.
This policy may be updated when services, processing or law change. Material changes will be made visible. Last updated: 9 August 2026.
